The first one could be the Canon 24-70mm IS STM lens and a non-L version along with a variable aperture. This lens would be the least expensive lens of the 24-70 lineup.

The second lens would be an EF 24-70 f/2.8L IS. This lens would be larger and have optical performance that rivals the current non IS EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II. The L version IS lens will not replace the current lens and will be the more expensive model.
