The new Zeiss Distagon T* 55mm f/1.4 lens will be part of the new “Otus” family.
Zeiss is expected to announce a new manual focus 55mm f/1.4 lens. Zeiss 55mm f/1.4 Distagon T* is one of the best 50mm prime lens and will be in stock on November 11, 2013.
The lens is specially designed for high resolution, full frame DSLR cameras. The price for the Zeiss 55mm f/1.4 Distagon T* lens is apparently $4,000.
