Sony has announced the new Zeiss 16-70mm f4 e-mount lens. The Sony Zeiss Vario-Tessar T* E 16-70mm f/4 ZA OSS full test images with high resolution is now available and can be seen on FredMiranda forum.
We found this review excellent for this lens as the user Phillip Reeve posted several high resolution photos taken with the Zeiss Vario-Tessar E 4/16-70 ZA OSS (sel1670z) lens. The real world review includes images taken with a Nex-6, processed with Adobe Lightroom 4 and all samples can be found in full resolution at his Flickr page.
Sony’s new Zeiss 16-70mm f4 is a new, optically stabilised, 24-105mm equivalent standard zoom lens. The new lens is compatible with Sony’s E-mount compact system cameras and camcorders, including all NEX series models and the new Sony A3000 camera.
