Sony will soon announce new A-mount and E-mount lenses. Sony Germany leaked the new Sony 120mm f/2.8 A-mount lens (SAL-120F28) and Sony 70-400mm G2 E-mount lens (SEL-70400G2).
Along with the upcoming Zeiss Sonnar T* FE 35mm F2.8 ZA E-mount full frame lens leaked on Sony Germany, recent rumors show that many more A and E-mount lenses are ready to be announced soon.
Sony 120mm f/2.8 A-mount [SAL-120F28] and Sony 70-400mm G2 E-mount Lens [SEL-70400G2]
The Sony 70-400mm G2 E-mount Lens also known SEL-70400G2 should have the same design as the A-mount version, the SAL-70400G2. The new Sony 120mm f/2.8 lens is also coming for Sony Alpha camera.
If Sony dont bring out the 400mm e mount shortly I will be jumping to Fuji X mounts. They really seem to be on top of their game with their lens road map and firmware updates. I really get quite disheartened with Sony, as issues that could be rectified with firmware updates just dont materialize. In stead they bring out new camera bodies with the feature requirements.
