Canon EF 800mm f/5.6L IS II USM Lens Coming Soon

Canon’s EF 800mm f/5.6L IS II USM super telephoto prime lens is rumored to be announced any day. The new Canon EF 800mm f/5.6L IS II lens will replace current EF 800mm f/5.6L IS USM.

Canon was previously planning to publish their super telephoto lens after the EF 200-400mm f/4L IS 1.4x lens become available in stock and shipping. The successors of EF 800mm f/5.6L IS USM, the Canon EF 800mm f/5.6L IS II lens is now on the horizon.
