Niko D750, DF, and Nikon 1 V3 Cameras Won The 2015 IF Product Design Awards

Nikon D750 and Nikon Df DSLR cameras, along with the Nikon 1 V3 mirrorless interchangeable lens camera, have been recognised in the product category of the iF Design Award 2015.

This year’s awards saw over 4,700 products from 53 countries being evaluated for its product aspects including quality of design, functionality, degree of innovation, simplicity of operation, and branding.

The Nikon D750 and Df DSLR, along with the Nikon 1 V3 Advanced Camera with Interchangeable Lenses, ranked favourably to be among the 1,629 products selected for the prominent design award.

Nikon D750 features a newly designed 24.3 megapixel FX-format sensor, a 51-point AF system, a burst rate of up to 6.5 fps, ISO range of 100–12800, and Full HD movie recording at 1080/60p combined with a vari-angle LCD monitor. See the official announcementfirst look videossample images and users manual.

The 16.2 MP portable, compact and lightweight Df is equipped with a Nikon FX-format CMOS image sensor and an Expeed 3 image-processing engine, while the lightweight 18.4 MP V3 features a high-speed continuous shooting rate of approximately 20 fps with autofocus tracking, built-in Wi-Fi, a tilting LCD monitor and a touch-screen panel.
