Sony A7r vs Nikon D800E High ISO Test

Sony A7R full frame mirrorless camera announced by Sony with the low-pass filter, gapless lens design sensor and contrast-detection AF that provides the utmost in high-resolution, finely detailed capture.

Gordon Laing from Camera Labs has put the new Sony A7r in a high ISO noise test against Nikon’s D800E DSLR camera. Sony A7r mirrorless camera performed better than the Nikon D800E by showing more details with better color and contrast reproduction compared to D800E camera.
