From ePhotozine verdict for the 30mm F2.8 macro lens :
Who could ask for more than a reasonably priced lens that delivers excellent sharpness across the frame from maximum aperture, useful optical stabilisation and life size magnification at its closest focusing distance? Of course the compact size and light weight also help to make this lens one that will win over many admirers.
From ePhotozine verdict for the 42.5mm F1.7 portrait lens :
Currently, this lens is available for around £350. The closest equivalent available is the Olympus 45mm f/1.8 lens, which costs almost half as much at around £180. As this lens lacks optical stabilisation, it will be a harder deciding between the two lenses if you’ve a Panasonic, or other MFT camera that lacks in-body stabilisation.
As far as the performance of this lens is concerned, there is little to find fault with. Sharpness is outstanding from maximum aperture, falloff, distortion and fringing are all well controlled too.
