Sigma is rumored to announce another lens for full frame cameras. The new Sigma full frame lens is to be the Sigma 24-105mm f/4 DG OS HSM. The announcement of the new Sigma 24-105mm f/4 DG OS HSM lens is expected to be in 2013.

Both for Canon and Nikon side if this rumor is true, the Sigma 24-105mm f/4 DG OS HSM lens will be a good replacement for Canon’s EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM and Nikon’s AF-S NIKKOR 24-120mm f/4G ED VR lens. These lenses are both priced around $1,150.

Sigma 24-105mm f/4 DG OS HSM Lens Coming in 2013

Sigma is rumored before to launch new lenses to their prime and macro lenses line up in 2013. The new lenses in Art series rumored to be the 135mm f/1.8 DG and 24mm f/1.4 DG.

As we previously mentioned Sigma 24mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art lens is ready and the new 24mm f/1.4 DG HSM prime lens could be announced in late 2013 or early 2014.

Sigma 24-70mm f/2 DG OS HSM lens for full frame cameras is also in the rumor mill and will be the world’s first 24-70mm standard zoom lens offers f/2 aperture. Sigma is also planning big for the upcoming Photokina 2014 show.
