Canon EOS 80D Rumored To Be Announced at CP+ 2016 Event

More Canon EOS 80D information surfaced as the mid-level DSLR camera expected to be announced at the CP+ Camera & Photo Imaging Show 2016 in late February.

The Canon 80D will be an APS-C camera and replace the current EOS 70D DSLR which was announced back in July, 2013.

According to previous rumors, the upcoming 70D replacement will have a better sensor, new advanced AF system and probably better continuous shooting speed.

The Canon EOS 70D DSLR features a 20.2MP “Dual Pixel CMOS AF” sensor and features 19-point AF module from the EOS 7D for viewfinder shooting, touch screen control via its fully articulated 3¨ LCD, and built-in Wi-Fi. The EOS 70D DSLR camera body is selling for $999.

Canon EOS 80D could be a relatively evolutionary update from the EOS 70D. Stay tuned for more information.
