Panasonic Lumix GX7 Review

By on

Panasonic has announced the Lumix DMC-GX7 mirrorless compact system camera in August 1, 2013. Pocket-lint has posted a full review for the newly announced Panasonic Lumix G7 camera. The review comes with a lot of hands-on pictures of the GX7 and 49 sample images shot by the new micro four thirds camera.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-GX7  is the only mirrorless camera with a tilting viewfinder and also the first Panasonic mirrorless interchangeable lens camera to include in-body image stabilization.

The 16 megapixel Panasonic Lumix DMC-GX7 also offers a 1040K-dot tiltable touch-screen LCD monitor, Full HD 1920 x 1080 50p movie recording, 1/8000 sec shutter speed, 5fps burst shooting, low-light focusing down to -4 EV, focus peaking, ISO range of 125-25600, silent Mode for street photography, Wi-Fi with NFC capability and all housed in a classically styled magnesium alloy frame.

From Pocket-Lint review:

The Lumix GX7 is the package deal. It’s bursting with features, it’s a pleasure to use and it produces some excellent shots. Pro-spec features such as a 1/8000th sec maximum shutter speed and that tilt-angle viewfinder further bolster the package deal that, straight of of the box, is unlike anything else out there on the market.
