Canon EF 200-400mm f/4L IS 1.4x Coming Soon

Canon EF 200-400mm f/4L IS 1.4x super telephoto lens made an appearance at NAB Show this year. EF 200-400mm f/4L IS 1.4x expected to be announced soon.

This lens first rumored to launch with EOS 7d Mark II DSLR camera then another updated rumor told the lens will soon be launched on May 14th. The official announcement of the lens is close and the new EF 200-400mm f/4L IS 1.4x to be announced on May 14th as expected.

Another release date for the super telephoto lens is close again on May 31st. Canon Netherlands will have a press event on May 31. See here.

Canon EF 200-400mm f/4L IS 1.4x lens availability to be in September/October 2013. The weight of this lens is pretty close to the EF 600mm f/4L IS II. Canon EF 200-400mm f/4L IS 1.4x price expected to be over $10,000 as rumored before.
